We are located in West Palm Beach, Florida USA

2. Do you have a catalog?

All of our available products and current pricing can only be found online at this time. Our web site does feature a printable price list here. We hope to have a catalog available in the future and we appreciate your patience.

3. Does U.S. Composites have a distributor near me?

No, we do not sell through distributors. Our products are only offered to you directly from our Florida location.

4. Do you sell to the public?

Yes. Our pricing is the same for both business and individual customers.

5. Do you manufacture any of your products?

U.S. Composites is a distributor not a manufacturer. We provide you with the finest products the industry offers, packaged securely and generally shipped within 48 hours of your order.

6. As a business can I get a discount?

Our pricing structure is based strictly on product quantity. These low prices are available to individuals and businesses alike. Businesses are encouraged to contact us by phone to discuss full roll pricing, shipping alternatives or private label sales opportunities.

7. Is there a minimum order?

No.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?

All purchases must be prepaid either by a major credit card, a bank debit card or by check or money order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

9. Will you send my order C.O.D.?

U.S. Composites had discontinued COD shipments.

10. Will you bill me for my order?

U.S. Composites offers limited open billing to those business customers that qualify based on credit history and the business's bank and industry references. All decisions are made on a case by case basis and you should allow 3 to 4 working days for an account to be established.

11. What methods of shipping do you offer?

The majority of orders are shipped by United Parcel Services(UPS) Ground. If necessary you may request UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. Larger orders can also be shipped via common carrier, however delivery is required to be made to a commercial location with a forklift or loading dock facility. We will also accommodate businesses and individuals who have accounts with Federal Express and DHL.

12. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are determined by the following: Weight and number of boxes, distances and exact zip codes and whether there is a hazardous shipping surcharge. For approximate shipping amounts you can view this chart on our order form or call us at 561.588.1001 for a shipping quote/estimate.

13. How long will it take to ship my order?

The vast majority of our orders ship within one to two business days of being placed. In the event that we are not able to ship your order on time we will notify you at the daytime number you provided when placing the order.

14. How many days does it take to get to me once shipped?

A UPS Ground chart is provided for you here. Shipments from our location in South Florida will run between 1 and 6 business days depending on distance. The number of days does not include the day of shipment. UPS does not count Saturday, Sunday or national holidays in their transit time schedules.

15. Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes. Small orders can be sent via UPS International Air Services directly to your country, or we can ship to your parcel forwarding agent in the USA. We can also ship larger orders on a pallet via common carrier to your company's agent or freight forwarder in America for shipment by Sea.

16. Do you ship flammable liquids?

Yes. Flammable liquids such as polyester, vinyl ester and gelcoats can be shipped domestically via UPS Ground service. There is no hazardous material charge for individual gallons or quarts. However, shipping regulations prohibit shipping more than one gallon per box. A hazardous material charge of $37.00 is charged by UPS per five gallon pail of flammable liquid. For orders with multiple five gal pails we can ship via common carrier, however delivery is required to be made to a commercial location with a forklift or loading dock facility.

17. What is your return policy?

In order to initiate a return please note the following guidelines:
1. A 10% restocking charges will be applied to any goods returned within 30 days of invoice date.
2. Approval is required by phone to authorize return.
3. Items must be in unopened containers or packages in salable condition.
4. Cut yardage fabrics and special order items are NOT returnable.
5. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return products back to us.
6. Outgoing shipping charges billed on original invoice are not refundable.
7. No returns of resins, epoxies and other liquid based products will be accepted after 30 days.
8. Dry goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge after 30 days.
9. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.

Please call 561.588.1001 to arrange for a return within this 30 day period. We strive for your total satisfaction on each and every order. We go to great lengths to package each order in a safe manner and we have been rewarded with very few damage claims. Boxes obviously damaged in transit should be reported to the carrier immediately. 18. Your prices are so low, how do you do it?

As a direct, online only distributor US Composites has several advantages that allow us to offer you first quality products at wholesale prices. We do not have to factor into our sales price large advertising, packaging or product research expenses. Just as important are the solid relations with our suppliers, many of whom we have worked with for over 10 years. Of course strong customer support and word of mouth advertising has been of tremendous importance in our ability to offer excellent value.

19. Do you charge sales tax?

Only orders shipped within the state of Florida are subject to sales tax. Florida businesses should fax their Florida Sales Tax Resale Certificate to us prior to placing an order to avoid being charged sales tax. Our fax number is 561.585.8583.

20. I am in South Florida. Can I come pick up my order?

Yes. We do offer pickup for local customers or those visiting the South Florida area. We don't have a retail store, so we ask that orders are placed in advance and we will then advise at what time the order will be ready for pickup.

21. Can you ship my order today?

Some orders can be filled the same day they are placed but may be subject to a rush processing fee. However, it is not always possible. It is best to allow 48hrs for shipment plus the days in transit when calculating your project needs.
